These terms apply to all work quoted and carried out by Clean Haven Exterior Care.

Quotes & Estimates
All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may be adjusted if the scope, condition, or access of the site differs from what was assessed at quoting.
Acceptance
Acceptance of a quote, written or verbal, or payment of a deposit, constitutes agreement to these terms.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge. A deposit may be required for larger jobs.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee to cover scheduling and travel.
Site Access & Utilities
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, including water and power where required.
Weather
Outdoor work may be rescheduled at our discretion due to unsafe weather conditions. We'll always give as much notice as possible.
Scope of Work
Work is limited to what is described in the quote. Additional work will be quoted separately before being carried out.
Satisfaction & Warranty
If you're not satisfied with any part of our work, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to address it at no extra cost. We do not offer cash refunds once work has been completed to a reasonable standard.
Liability
Clean Haven holds public liability insurance. We take care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, or surfaces in poor condition that may be affected by cleaning.
Privacy
Any personal information provided is used only to deliver our services and is never shared or sold to third parties. Details are stored securely in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. For more detail, see our privacy policy.
Photos
We may take before and after photos for quality and marketing purposes. Let us know in writing if you'd prefer we don't.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
