A maintenance plan keeps a property presentable all year and stops build-up getting ahead of you. Plans run monthly, quarterly, twice-yearly or annually, depending on traffic, surface condition, tenant needs and budget.
Every plan includes site documentation, before and after photo records, and one point of contact for your property.
