Professional soft washing for delicate surfaces
Low-pressure cleaning for roofs, render, cladding and painted surfaces across NSW, including the hard-to-reach parts.

Soft washing is how you clean a surface that high pressure would damage. The solution does the work at low pressure, so roofs, painted cladding, render and older buildings come up clean without being stripped or etched.
It also lasts. Pressure washing knocks growth off the surface and pushes some of it deeper into porous materials, where it grows back. A soft wash kills mould, algae and lichen at the root, so the surface stays clean for years rather than months.
Why soft wash instead of pressure washing
- Safe on painted cladding, render and older roofs
- Kills growth at the root, so it lasts longer
- Reaches high and awkward areas from the ground
- Removes organic growth without surface damage
- Gardens and electrics protected throughout
- Professional soft wash equipment

Soft washing and pressure washing are different tools for different surfaces.
Soft washing
- Low pressure, and the solution does the cleaning
- Safe on delicate surfaces
- Kills growth at the root, so it lasts longer
- Suits roofs, render and painted surfaces
Pressure washing
- High-pressure water does the cleaning
- Can damage soft or painted surfaces
- Growth often returns sooner
- Best kept for concrete and hard surfaces
